The furthest reach in this edition: a campaign for the International Network of People Who Use Drugs, aimed at United Nations policy makers and the public, arguing for drug laws built on evidence, human rights, and dignity.

The lead image is a piece of visual rhetoric with a long memory: a cannabis leaf growing from a rifle barrel, the flower-in-the-gun-barrel of 1967 re-armed for a different war.
